The UFW'S Continuing Efforts to Recruit H-2A Workers

The UFW is continuing its efforts to force H-2A workers to join a union. In April 2008 the UFW signed an agreement with the state of Michoacán, Mexico to bring H-2A workers into the US who would automatically join the UFW.
